What are the legal aspects regarding compensation for car accident injuries/fatalities?

There are two ways to file a claim should you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident or  lost someone in a motor vehicle accident.
1.    File a personal injury action if you were in a motor vehicle accident.
2.    File a wrongful death action if you lost someone in a motor vehicle accident
Individuals who are involved in automobile accidents may suffer from several types of injuries, including brain, spine, neck, and orthopedic injuries, as well as emotional trauma and distress.

Injuries from an automobile accident can be treated properly, but there is still a possibility that you may suffer extreme pain for life, or become permanently disabled.  It is imperative that you seek legal advice immediately.
